KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive talent management initiatives, encompassing recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Design and execute retention programs to cultivate a positive and engaging workplace culture.
- Provide general HR administration support.
- Ensure legal compliance across all human resource management practices.
- Analyse HR metrics and trends to offer data-driven insights for informed decision-making.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient in MYOB PayGlobal software.
- Holds a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Tech-savvy with expertise in office priority applications.
- Demonstrates strong ethics and reliability.
- Possesses at least 3 years of proven experience in a similar role.
- Self-assured with excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
