KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive talent management initiatives, encompassing recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
  • Design and execute retention programs to cultivate a positive and engaging workplace culture.
  •  Provide general HR administration support.
  • Ensure legal compliance across all human resource management practices.
  • Analyse HR metrics and trends to offer data-driven insights for informed decision-making.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficient in MYOB PayGlobal software.
  • Holds a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Tech-savvy with expertise in office priority applications.
  • Demonstrates strong ethics and reliability.
  • Possesses at least 3 years of proven experience in a similar role.
  • Self-assured with excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
