South Sea Cruises Group is a marine tourism company based in Port Denarau consisting of a
range of brands such as Blue Lagoon Cruises, South Sea Cruises, Awesome Adventures Fiji,
Malamala Beach Club, South Sea Sailing and more. We are the leading marine tourism company
in the Pacific Islands with a staff of over 300 on the ground providing outstanding tourism
experiences for our guests.

We are seeking for an enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our team and provide
invaluable support to our People & Culture department.
 Your role will involve performing a variety of administrative tasks, including updating
records on the HR & Payroll System, HR procurement, organising HR events and assisting
in Training and Development
 This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain firsthand experience in HR
operations and gain insight into our company’s approach to employee development.
 As an HR Intern, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our HR
policies and procedures. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be utilized
in maintaining accurate employee records and assisting with various HR-related activities.
 Additionally, you will have the chance to gain exposure to different facets of HR
management and you would be given the opportunity in the future to advance your career
with South Sea Cruises.

Requirements:
 Diploma in Human Resources Management or in a similar field
 Experience with MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
 Basic knowledge of Employment Relations Act and OHS
 Willing to work in the weekends and after hours when needed and is comfortable to travel
out to the islands for work purpose.
