The Human Resources Director defines HR policy according to Group standards and in close collaboration with General Management.
He/She advises and supports the General Management, the Management Committee and all Managers in all HR aspects.
Main missions
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you are responsible for managing all HR department tasks within the hotel and you will supervise a team of 6 people.
You oversee all HR aspects of the Resort, namely:
· Personnel administration in its entirety
· Management of various disciplinary procedures
· Staff recruitment
· Internal communication
· Career development and mobility
· Training and skills development
· Social relations and legal issues related to hotel employees
· Management of staff housing and residences
Profile sought
Ideally a graduate in Human Resources with at least significant initial experience in a similar position
Knowledge of Polynesian labor law and the HCR collective agreement would be a plus. Failing this, you have solid knowledge of French labor law.
Ability to manage a team and manage conflicts
Ability to work with confidentiality, calm, organized, rigorous, flexible, with a good analytical mind.
