You will be housed, fed, and laundered within the employee village.
Your Missions:
- Be an integral part of the HR department and assist the team in all daily activities
- Be in charge of the Onboarding of new arrivals: Create the staff file, welcome them on arrival, conduct the Tour Hôtel visits, and accompany them until their integration into their department
- Be in charge of internal communication (new arrivals, birthdays, etc.)
- Participate in recruitment and training organization
- Take part in the department's various projects
- Administrative archiving
The missions are not exhaustive. They may evolve depending on your involvement.
Profile :
• Field of study in Human Resources Management
• Team spirit, sense of service, and confidentiality
• Knowledge of computer tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Canva)
• Knowledge of the island environment and French Polynesia would be a plus
• Experience in the hotel industry would be appreciated
• Minimum 6-month internship
