Reporting to the Human Resources Director, you will:
Develop and oversee the hotel’s annual training plan, budget, and implementation.
Create engaging training content and lead internal IHG® sessions.
Manage relationships with training providers (logistics, budget, and compliance).
Monitor and ensure the quality of on-the-job training across all departments.
You will also:
Support the recruitment and onboarding of new employees with department heads.
Contribute to IHG® recognition programs and foster a vibrant workplace culture.
Assist with internal communications.
Coordinate and follow up on annual performance evaluations.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong sense of confidentiality.
Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
Creative, engaging, and a strong communicator.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Good level of English.
