Goolma Ltd which operates Paradise Cove Resort, Blue Lagoon Beach Resort & Octopus Resort is seeking applications from a range of qualified and experienced professional candidates for the following position:

Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager in a high-end resort (minimum 3 years)
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of housekeeping operations, including inventory management.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to work a 24 on 8 off roster.
• Able to adapt to island living

This is an on-site live-in role with shared accommodation.
