The Grand Pacific Hotel is on an historic journey as we transit into our Luxury & Lifestyle collection of becoming “InterContinental Grand Pacific Hotel Suva”, we have an opportunity within our Housekeeping team for a Housekeeping Supervisor.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will support the team which will include but not limited to the following:

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Train, mentor, and manage housekeeping colleagues.
• Conduct inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Monitor inventory and request supplies as needed.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Coordinate with maintenance and front office teams for seamless service delivery.

We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, and friendly individual who is willing to learn and build an extraordinary career within a global company. The ideal candidate will have:

• Certificate or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Proven experience as a housekeeping supervisor or similar role in hospitality.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
