Your day to day

Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:

• Ensuring all service areas are fully stocked with guest amenities, towels and linen for the day ahead.
• Ensuring equipment and store rooms are clean and maintained.
• Attend to guest requests and support our IHG Clean Promise.
• Notify the Engineering team of any maintenance requests in a timely fashion.
• Ensure service areas and public areas are maintained well and kept neat and tidy.
• Topping up and clearing pantries.
• Using appropriate chemicals for cleaning purposes whilst ensuring safe practices are maintained.
• Making beds, clean and service allocated rooms.
• Prepare guests rooms for turndown service and ensure service standards are followed.
• Replenishing supplies and guest amenities.
• Offer professional, friendly, and engaging service.
• Ensure high standards of property presentation, hygiene and cleanliness.
• Assist with the provision and removal of rollaway beds and cots.
• Support the housekeeping team with any ad hoc cleaning support as needed.
• Multitask and support the cleanliness of public areas, including F&B outlets, lobby area, etc .
