JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Join our team as a Hospitality Receptionist/Guest Services Coordinator
Location: Tanugamanono
Requirements:
  • Fluent in both English and Samoan languages.
  • Ability to manage bookings and emails effectively.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Competent in supervising cleaning staff.
  • Willingness to assist with tasks such as car rental pick-ups and drop-offs, and purchasing items for car rental and accommodation.
  • Availability to work weekends and occasional nights.
Responsibilities:
  • Warmly welcome guests and facilitate smooth check-ins/check-outs.
  • Manage reservations and promptly respond to inquiries.
  • Ensure rooms are consistently clean and well-maintained.
  • Oversee the condition of our fleet of cars.
  • Ensure vehicles are properly cleaned and maintained.
  • Handle car rental bookings efficiently.
