Under the responsibility of the Catering Department:
• You are the conductor of the dining rooms in our three restaurants and of Room Service,
• You will be responsible for ensuring a warm welcome and satisfaction for our guests throughout their dining experience
• You organize and coordinate the service and guarantee its excellence,
• You will encourage the development of your employees by passing on your know-how and interpersonal skills,
• As a good manager, you contribute to upselling for the restaurant service.
• You handle unforeseen situations discreetly, efficiently and quickly.
Profile
For this position, we are looking for someone passionate about the luxury hospitality sector. You have a proven track record in this role and are familiar with all the challenges of the Food & Beverage department. You have a strong customer service orientation and possess culinary and oenological skills that allow you to meet the demands of our clientele.
