Your Missions: 

Under the responsibility of the Catering Department:

• You are the conductor of the rooms of our three restaurants and Room Service,

• You will be responsible for ensuring the warm welcome and satisfaction of our guests throughout their experience in the dining room,

• You organize and coordinate the service and guarantee its excellence,

• You will encourage the development of your colleagues by passing on your know-how and interpersonal skills,

• Good manager, you contribute to up-selling for the catering service,

• You manage unforeseen situations discreetly, efficiently and quickly.  

Profile : 

For this position, we are looking for someone passionate about the luxury hospitality industry. You have proven experience in this role and are familiar with all the challenges faced by the Food and Beverage department. You have a strong sense of customer service and possess culinary and winemaking skills that enable you to meet the demands of our customers.

Skills : leadership, fluent English, strong sense of service and customer relations, proactive

Soft skills:  listening, anticipation, complaints management, adaptability, organization, rigor, excellent presentation and team spirit, field-oriented and operational
