ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a high-impact leader with a stellar track record in ICT sales and management. Your challenge? Drive sales, optimise operations, and exceed revenue targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sales and Financial Leadership: Spearhead business sales and manage a robust P&L to meet financial targets and ensure overall business performance.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, aligning Finance, Warehouse, and Sales functions, and manage projects to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Team and Stakeholder Management: Lead and develop a team of 100+, including direct oversight of key functional heads, and build strong relationships with stakeholders, including the Board and CEO.
  • Strategic Innovation: Drive strategic initiatives and market development within the ICT division, leveraging industry knowledge to uncover growth opportunities, and lead change management and risk mitigation efforts.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Extensive Experience: Minimum 15 years in sales, with at least 5 years in a general management role within the ICT sector.
  • Proven Track Record: Experience managing P&L for significant revenue, with strong sales acumen and leadership skills.
  • Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of network and infrastructure in ICT. Familiarity with the Papua New Guinea market or emerging economies is advantageous.
  • Results-Driven: Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and deliver consistent results under pressure.
  • Educational Background: Degree in IT or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
