Urgently looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead a busy restaurant located in Samoa.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative & flavorful menus
• Lead and inspire the kitchen team to deliver delicious meals • Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation.
• Ensure high standards of hygiene and safety are followed in the kitchen • Collaborate with management to control food costs, maintain inventory, and optimize kitchen efficiency

Requirements

• Proven experience as Head Chef and culinary background cooking Seafood & Western food menu.
• Poses excellent time management and organization working fast-paced and keeping calm under pressure
• Strong leadership skills is essential as you will be managing, delegating, training kitchen staff ensuring cohesiveness amongst the team
• • Ability to interact positively with management and coworkers to promote a positive and professional work environment
