- Previous Front Office or customer service experience preferred.
- Friendly, professional, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest service.
- Strong communication, computer, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment with attention to detail.
- Flexible to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
