Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome and assist guests upon arrival and departure
- Handle check-ins, check-outs efficiently
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests
- Provide accurate information about resort services and local attractions
- Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management systems is an advantage
