Goolma Ltd which operates Paradise Cove Resort, Blue Lagoon Beach Resort & Octopus Resort is seeking applications from a range of qualified and experienced professional candidates for the following position:
GUEST RELATIONS OFFICER
The Guest Relations Officer is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining high standards of service. This role requires a professional, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a team environment and upholds the reputation of a luxury hospitality setting.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to interact with guests professionally and effectively.
Detail and Team Oriented: Strong attention to detail and collaboration with colleagues to deliver seamless service.
Possess Excellent Organizational Skills: Efficiently manage tasks, guest requests, and schedules.
Previous Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a guest-facing role; experience in a 5-star hotel or resort is preferred.
Clean Presentation, Smart Approach to Work: Maintain a polished appearance and proactive problem-solving attitude.
Minimum qualification of Diploma in Hospitality & Tourism or equivalent is preferred
This is an on-site live-in role with shared accommodation.
