Graduate Trainee IT (Suva and Nadi) 

Are you a recent graduate looking to kickstart your career in the fields of Information Technology? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Our company is seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to become a part of our Graduate Trainee program.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assisting with troubleshooting computer hardware and software
• Assisting with Software installations and configurations
• Setting up computer workstations
• Setting up teleconference & video conference meetings
• Scanning and filing of documents
• Support the IT Team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems
• Organize and maintain IT resources and inventory
• Run software updates and backups when requested
• Configuring email and other mailboxes
• Consult with End User concerning their needs and evaluate their requests or requirements
• IT Inventory Management
• Assigning, updating and closing tickets, etc.

Qualifications and Competencies:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or related field
• Work experience is not a requirement
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of enthusiasm and a strong desire to learn
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Ability to identify the issue, develop knowledge & skills

Program Duration: 

• This is a one-year program.
• Any further appointment to a role in the respective department will be subject to successful completion of the program.
