Graduate Trainee - Alliances and LoyaltyThe role will be responsible for learning and understanding Fiji Airways Alliances and Loyalty business. This role will support the management of airline partnerships, partnership agreements and support the Loyalty program within Fiji airways. Strong communication skills are required as the Alliances and Loyalty team engage with both internal and external stakeholders particularly other international airlines. Become subject matter expert in managing all airline partnership, frequent flyer and loyalty agreements.

The Graduate Trainee program will be for a duration of 24 months, attached with the Alliances and Loyalty team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support management of airline partnership agreements.
  • Analyze airline partnership performance and provide reports.
  • Review airline partnership agreements and contracts.
  • Support the Loyalty team with Fiji Airway's Loyalty program.
  • Communicate with key stakeholders throughout the company.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and factor into future planning and daily operations.
  • Proactively identify opportunities in the Alliances and Loyalty team and recommend adjustments to the Fiji Airways in order to maximize revenue and profitability and/or minimize cost, while ensuring customer satisfaction through market research and trends.
  • Assist in studies undertaken by the Strategy Department on new and current routes including projects related to market research and development.
  • Participate and assist in managing strategic projects as required by management.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • A minimum of a Degree in Economics, Law, Commerce, International Business Marketing or Public Administration from a recognized University.
  • Certification in Contractual Law would be an added advantage.
  • At least 1 year of work experience in a Corporate Organization.
  • Team player and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive can-do attitude.
  • Excellent presentation skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to shoulder additional responsibilities as required.
