FA & COMPANY, a leading Suva-based law firm with over 30 years of service, has a vacancy for the position of General Office Assistant.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated General Office Assistant to support our team with day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Filing, scanning and organizing documents, correspondences and office records
  • Delivery and collection of documents within Suva and surrounding areas
  • Light cleaning duties to maintain a tidy office space
  • Assisting with other administrative or clerical tasks as needed
  • Greeting clients as needed

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Must have completed Form 7 or higher
  • Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage
