Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated General Office Assistant to support our team with day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Filing, scanning and organizing documents, correspondences and office records
- Delivery and collection of documents within Suva and surrounding areas
- Light cleaning duties to maintain a tidy office space
- Assisting with other administrative or clerical tasks as needed
- Greeting clients as needed
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must have completed Form 7 or higher
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage
