GENERAL MANAGER

Likuri Group is seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to oversee the operations of Likuri
Island Resort (23-room boutique island resort) and Robinson Crusoe Island Tours. This key leadership
role will oversee all aspects of resort and tour operations, with a strong focus on sales and marketing,
food and beverage, guest experiences, events, rooms division, activities, and project management. A
passion for service excellence, team development, and sustainable growth is essential.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in hotel management, preferably in remote island or resort settings.
•  Minimum 5 years’ experience with tour or activity-based tourism providers.
• Knowledge and experience working with wholesale, FIT, and inbound tour operators and tour desks
• General knowledge and understanding of marine systems, desalination, and genset operation
• Experience with interior design and excellent eye for detail
• Must have solid experience in coordinating weddings, functions, groups
• Good communication skills, well versed in English, energetic and have a happy disposition
• Effective leadership skills and ability to provide training to staff
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge and understanding of Reservation/ Front Office operations.
• Experience and knowledge of Online Travel business and ability to drive growth in this segment

  Experience and knowledge of Property Management software, preferably Room Master, will be an added advantage

•  You may be required to reside on the island.
