Food & Beverage Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily restaurant, bar, and dining operations.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the Food & Beverage team to deliver outstanding service standards.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction through personalized and attentive service.
  • Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and presentation standards.
  • Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Coordinate special events, private dining experiences, and guest activities.
  • Manage stock control, inventory, and month end report,
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef and Resort Management team to achieve operational goals.

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a Food & Beverage supervisory role, preferably within a luxury resort or hotel environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Sound knowledge of food and beverage operations, wines, cocktails, and service standards.
  • Experience with POS systems and inventory management.
  • A positive attitude, professional appearance, and passion for hospitality.
