Barefoot Kuata Island is one of the most beautiful locations in the Yasawas. The island provides day cruises and accommodation suitable to backpackers who just want to experience the simple life.

We are looking for a professional Food and Beverage Manager to be responsible for managing all F & B operations and for delivering an excellent guest experience. Our goal is to exceed our customer expectations thru terrific guest services.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all F&B day-to-day operations to the highest standard
• Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
• Contribute in creating exceptional menu and continuously make necessary improvements.
• Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all their concerns
• Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel.
• Establish target and maintain policies and procedures
• Report to management regarding sales and productivity

Requirements:

• Proven F&B management experience 3years + Computer knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to solve problems efficiently
• Communication and leadership skills
• Guest service oriented
• Tertiary level of qualification in F&B will be an added advantage.
