Are you passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences? Ratua Private Island Resort is seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team and provide outstanding service in our restaurants, bars, and dining venues.

Position: Food & Beverage Attendant (Waiter/Waitress)
Location: Ratua Private Island Resort, Vanuatu
Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient food and beverage service to guests
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly
• Set up and clear tables in accordance with resort standards
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining and bar areas
• Assist guests with menu selections and answer questions regarding food and beverages
• Process guest bills and payments accurately when required
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety procedures
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a restaurant, resort, hotel, or hospitality environment preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional presentation and positive attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Ability to work in a remote island environment
