- 2-3 years experience in Food & Beverage in a 5 star Resort
- Have efficient customer service skills and focus
- Ala Carte experience essential
- High level of communication skills with the ability to relate to all nationalities
- Ability to work confidently under pressure in a busy environment
- Be reliable, friendly and a team player with professional appearance and manner with highly developed interpersonal and social skills
- Be a self starter and self motivated
- Positive can do attitude, enthusiastic and passionate
- Certificate of Attainment in Food & Beverage Service diploma is preferred
