Tonga Post Limited is seeking an experienced and dynamic Finance Manager to join our team. The Finance Manager will play a key role in managing and overseeing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring that financial records are accurate, regulatory compliance is maintained, and strategic financial goals are achieved.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.

Minimum of 5 – 7 years relevant work experience and at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Master in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field with 3 years of work experience.

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and tax compliance.
• Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
