The Role:

The successful candidate will be part of the Finance Team, reporting to the Regional Finance Manager. This role involves assisting with key tasks such as management and financial reporting, external audit, and other day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:

•Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts as per reporting standards and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
•Prepare various MIS reports for management review and conduct financial analysis.
•Maintain the hygiene and accuracy of financial records.
•Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported.
•Analyse budget vs actual, report on variance.
•Support internal and external audit processes.
•Identify areas for improvement in the financial processes and implement best practices.
•Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.

Qualifications & Attributes:

•Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
•Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
•Proficiency in MS Office Suite and accounting software (experience in SAP is preferred).
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
