Missions
The housekeeper ensures the daily maintenance of the rooms. She is committed to achieving her department's objectives by respecting the hotel's internal procedures and controls.
What you will do:
·Ensure the cleaning and tidying of rooms, bathrooms and common areas (offices) in compliance with the hotel's hygiene and cleanliness rules,
·Make sure the room is pleasant,
·Ensure that documents are made available to the client in good condition in the room (not dog-eared, not stained, not scribbled on),
·Check that the equipment is working properly and report any anomalies to the Housekeeper and/or the technical department using the tools provided,
·Apply the procedure for managing lost property,
·Ensure the daily cleaning and refilling of your tricycle, locker and the office.
