Job Description

 

Reporting directly to the General Manager, our Food & Beverage Manager oversees all food and beverage operations, working closely with our Executive Chef.
As a member of the management committee, they actively contribute to implementing the establishment's strategy and achieving—and even exceeding—our shared objectives.

A true conductor and model of exemplarity, he/she ensures the synergy between the F&B teams to guarantee an exceptional customer experience, at the heart of the Sofitel spirit and Polynesian refinement. He/She works in close collaboration with all the departments of the Resort in kindness and luxurious humility with a single goal: the experience of our customers.

As a charismatic leader, you will support and strengthen the teams in order to position our resort as "The Place to Be" in French Polynesia for gastronomy and the art of living.

Qualifications

 

  • Previous successful experience in an international luxury hotel with multiple retail outlets and event spaces.
  • Pre-opening experience in the luxury sector will be an asset.
  • Sensitivity to sustainability and eco-responsibility is appreciated.
  • Fluency in French required, fluent English essential.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an F&B management role, with proven success in a high-end environment.

Must reside in Moorea

Experience in an island position is essential, French required, English essential

Access to employment in French Polynesia is subject to specific rules.

A work permit will be required for all nationalities other than French.
