Your Missions:
As an intern in the Catering Department, you will be in
collaboration with the F&B Director and his Deputy:
- Assist the Director in his daily duties,
- Integrate and train new arrivals,
- Develop team schedules,
- Coordinate department events (planning, coordination, logistics management, operational management),
- Anticipate customer needs and ensure their satisfaction,
- Ensure the smooth running of services,
- Motivate teams and ensure good group cohesion.
Profile :
- Field of study in Restoration
- Team spirit, sense of service, confidentiality and discretion
- Initial experience in the hotel industry is required
- Your missions will be carried out in French and English
- You are dynamic and organized
