Experienced Pastry Chef – Island Based Responsibilities: -Design, develop and create a dynamic menu of desserts, pastries and baked goods - Ensure all products meet the highest standards of taste and presentations - Assist with daily operations of pasty department including inventory, ordering, cost control, managing budgets -Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations Requirements -At least 3+ years’ experience as a Pastry Chef -A passion to set goals and work towards it to bring better standards at all times -Relevant qualifications
