Barefoot Kuata Island Resort is one of the most beautiful islands in the Yasawa group, providing comfortable Day Cruises and overnight accommodation.

We are seeking a dedicated and Experienced  Gardener/Horticulturist with at least 5 years of experience to join our team.

Responsibilities

- Care and maintenance of a variety of plants and landscapes

- Planning and executing seasonal planting

- Pruning, watering, and fertilizing plants

- Pest and disease management

- Managing nursery and greenhouse operations

- Advising on plant care and landscaping projects

Requirements

- Proven experience as a gardener or horticulturist

- Strong knowledge of plant species, soil conditions, and gardening techniques

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
