Chantilly’s on the Bay is seeking suitable candidates to appoint for the following position. The main purpose of this position is to be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, managing, and controlling all activities within the culinary scope of operations here at Chantilly’s.
Executive Chef
Reporting to the General Manager and F&B Operations Manager, you will enjoy being part of a supportive senior management team, where you have responsibility for managing all culinary operations and for delivering an excellent guest experience. The successful candidate will be able to forecast, plan and manage all F&B orders, staff and cost. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
