The purpose of a Customer Care Agent is to support clients who have complaints, orders, or require information about products/services purchased from the organization. They also provide solutions that fit those individualized situations and prioritize the customers' needs at each step of the process.
Responsibilities
• Maintaining awareness and adhering to Proficient Customer Solutions Limited's vision and strategies.
• Deal effectively with all inquiries and represent company in a professional manner.
• Handling customer queries over the phone and via email relating to account balances, system performance and Broad band activations.
•Ability to read the different Power Bills and interpret it to customers.
•Ensuring that complaints are resolved in a timely manner.
• Handling customer queries over the phone and via email relating to account balances, system performance and Broad band activations.
• Sending Invoices to customers upon request.
• Support continuous evaluation of the effectiveness of policy and procedures and provide feedback to the team leaders to initiate changes.
• Ensure all assigned escalations, follow-ups and complaints are investigated, resolved and reviewed in a timely manner.
• Follow Proficient Customer Solutions (Fiji) Pte Limited escalation process with Team leader or Team Manager where any potential reputational risk is identified.
• Fulfil other duties as required by management or other department personnel as requested.
Qualifications/Experience
• 1-2 years' experience call center experience.
•Have experience in a customer-facing role - either lead generation, customer care or retail.
• Personal Skills - Verbal and written communication, results oriented, negotiation/persuasiveness, drive and energy, personal impact, computer literacy.
• Interpersonal Skills - Teamwork focus, flexibility and ability to work with change, tolerance to stress
• Thinking Skills - Judgement/evaluation, problem analysis.
• Business Awareness Skills -Cross functional awareness, competitor awareness and knowledge, concern for excellence, industry perspective.
• Role-model ideal behavior that exudes Professionalism, overall positive attitude, self-management and exceeds high quality personal standards.
