Ecommerce and Web Specialist

Reporting to the Manager Ecommerce and Web, you will be responsible for executing the Ecommerce strategy across all owned Web & Mobile assets including Fijiairways.com while ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate is required to take a data-driven approach to help the organization reach its commercial targets and will be proficient in SEO, CRO, UI and UX with a proven track record of delivering results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Optimise Fijiairways.com Ecommerce activities and strategy to drive online sales and revenue growth.
  • Coordinate new website content and change requests from internal stakeholders.
  • Manage Sale fare pages, web banners, tiles and landing page optimization LPO.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute digital marketing campaigns and promotions to drive online sales.
  • Execute CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) to increase website conversion rates and improvements using customer funnel analysis.
  • Manage both Web and Mobile Analytics, Conversion Tagging, Tracking and Reporting for stakeholders.
  • Deliver UI and UX design including FJ Mobile app and Salesforce to ensure seamless user experience.
  • Stay up to date on Ecommerce trends and best practices and continually innovate and optimize our online sales channels.
  • Maintain a strong positive relationship with internal departments and external partners and vendors.
  • Execute SEO (Search Engine Optimization) including Keyword Research, Performance Dashboards and Automated Reports to drive organic search traffic and improve rankings.
  • Coordinate with Digital Marketing team to roll out Personalization using Salesforce.
  • Execute Website Style Guide compliance across all web and mobile digital assets.
  • Execute Web & Mobile Language localization.
  • Monitor Ecommerce metrics, such as traffic sources, booking trends and customer type and behaviour to identify opportunities for improvement and inform decision-making.
  • Translate organizational and departmental objectives into Ecommerce objectives and KPIs.
  • Track key performance metrics and incorporate them in the UX design and processes.
  • Track Ecommerce Analytics, KPIs and Reporting, and facilitate data-driven decisions to improve performance.
  • Evaluate potential technologies and partners that can lead to competitive edge.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in the area of Computing Science or Information Systems.
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in an Ecommerce role.
  • Must have experience with SEO, CRO, UI and UX
  • Must have experience with Website and Mobile App development.
  • Must have experience with Email Marketing Platforms, Google Analytics, UTM & Tag Management.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience with CMS, HTML, and CSS.
  • Demonstrated project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment to deliver exceptional and timely service.
  • Competency in MS Office - Microsoft word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Articulate with excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
