Job Title: E-learning Module Developer

Location: Pacific Tourism Organization (SPTO), Suva, Fiji

Duration: 2 months (July 15th – September 15th)

Reports to: Manager Research & Statistics

Overview: SPTO seeks an experienced E-learning Module Developer to create high-quality e-learning modules for SPSS, NVivo, and Survey Monkey as part of the NZMFAT project. The modules aim to enhance the data analysis and qualitative research skills of SPTO staff and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Research & Statistics team to understand requirements.
• Design and develop interactive e-learning modules, including video tutorials, quizzes, and practical exercises.
• Ensure content is user-friendly, engaging, and pedagogically sound.
• Integrate modules into SPTO’s e-learning platform.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in e-learning development and instructional design.
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
• Strong multimedia integration skills.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
