Are you an organized, motivated, and customer-focused individual with a passion for hospitality? We are seeking a Duty Operations Assistant to support the smooth running of our resort, assist with daily operations, and help deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating daily resort operations to ensure efficiency and excellent service.
- Support team members across departments with guidance and assistance as needed.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and care.
- Monitor and uphold resort standards in cleanliness, safety, and service delivery.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including basic reporting and record keeping.
- Collaborate with supervisors and managers to ensure seamless communication between departments.
- Help organize staff briefings and training sessions.
- Foster a welcoming and positive environment for guests and staff.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Positive, professional, and guest-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office or similar).
