Position: Duty Managers
Department: Operations
Locations: Suva- Lautoka- Labasa
Damodar Cinemas is a leading name in the entertainment industry, known for its commitment to delivering top-notch cinematic experiences. With multiple locations, we are dedicated to creating a fun and memorable environment for our patrons. We are currently looking for Cinema Duty Managers to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our cinema.

Responsibilities:
• Assist management in daily cinema operations, including managing staff, schedules, and resources to provide the best possible experience for our guests.
• Train, coach and supervise cinema staff, fostering a positive work environment that values teamwork and exceptional service.
• Drive revenue growth for our cinemas, including ticket sales, concessions, and events.
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring high level of service.
• Manage and control inventory for concessions, ensuring stock levels are maintained, and wastage is minimized.
• Quickly respond to issues that may arise during daily operations and provide effective solutions, keeping the cinema running smoothly.

Qualifications:
• Diploma In Management or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role a retail or hospitality industry is highly desirable.

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and tact.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.
