We are looking for an efficient, qualified and experienced Duty Manager to join our team. This will be an island-based position

To be successful the following competencies are required:

• 3 years or more solid work experience as a duty manager in Hospitality and Tourism is a must
• Have strong leadership and administrative skills
• Have Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• have knowledge of Room Master or other booking software's
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer service experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Provide inspired leadership for the organization
• Have knowledge of various operational aspects of the resort
