We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team for the above position to be based at our Ratsun Namaka, Nadi property.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day to day operations to ensure smooth functioning of the department hotel
- Coordinate and supervise front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance staff.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns and complaints with a customer-centric approach.
- manage reservations, check-ins and check-outs efficiently while ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures
- Foster a positive working environment and lead by example
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel management or a related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail
- Familiarity with hospitality software and systems
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evening and weekends
Qualifications:
- A Diploma/Degree in Tourism & Hospitality Management or relevant discipline.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar environment.
