passionate and results-oriented Director of Marketing and Sales to join our team and lead the charge in expanding our global reach.
About the Role:
As Director of Marketing and Sales, you will be instrumental in driving the company's growth and success. You will develop and execute comprehensive
marketing and sales strategies across all channels, including digital, social media, public relations, and traditional marketing. You will also be responsible for building
and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sponsors, partners, and media outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to increase ticket sales, brand awareness, and audience engagement.
- Oversee all marketing and sales activities, including digital marketing, social media marketing, public relations, advertising, and direct sales.
- Manage the company's website, social media channels, and email marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sponsors, partners, and media outlets.
- Develop and manage budgets for marketing and sales activities and provide reporting.
- Undertake market research, analyse marketing data and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in marketing and sales to build competitive strategies.
- Lead the marketing and sales department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the arts and entertainment industry or in tourism.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media marketing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for Fijian performing arts and youth development.
Benefits:
- Salary ranging from FJD $100,000 to $125,000 + FNPF depending on experience.
