Your day to day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

  • Meet and Greet guest.
  • Assisting of Bar Check, stock and cost control
  • General food and beverage administration
  • Assist department head in weekly payroll
  • Assist in ensuring OH&S compliance across F&B department
  • Assist with Food Safety administration and compliance
  • Assisting team and guests with planning of any special events and activities
  • Ensure to stay up to with dining and entertainment emails responses and comms
  • Assists in creating and developing policies and procedures for the department.
  • Assist with all special events, promotions, and reservations.
  • Coordinate meetings and events for D&E related functions.
  • Response to guest emails when necessary
  • Ensure consistency of Brand standards in all printed and electronic communication.
  • Co-ordinate tracking of results at the conclusion of all marketing campaigns.
  • Constructing the departmental training calendar and making sure it is updated.
  • Attends and participates to necessary meetings to obtain optimal results.
  • Assist the department in planning and organising successful D&E activities
  • Maintaining and updating F&B cost control platform/software.
  • Any other duties as delegated by the department head
