Demi Chef - Lounge

This role works under the direction of the Head Chef and undertakes all tasks required including basic Mise En place, basic meal preparations and staff meals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• A minimum of Certificate IV in  Culinary Arts or Cookery
• Must have at least 2 years of industry experience.
• Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks to required standards.
• Ability to work flexible working patterns.
• Able to follow recipes to required standards.
• Excellent customer service skills is required.
• Must be able to adhere to Fiji Airways uniform and grooming standards.
