“The Customer Service Officer/Receptionist is the first point of contact at the Pacific Australia Skills Vanuatu Country Office and is responsible for always being an excellent ambassador for the organization. The incumbent will ensure that the reception is their priority and is managed to the highest standard, ensuring that all customers (students, staff, visitors) are welcomed in a professional, friendly and efficient manner and treated with a high level of customer support – in person or on the phone.
The Pacific Australia Skills reception is a very busy environment and requires a highly organized and capable incumbent to handle multi-tasking. The Officer will need to be well versed with the Pacific Australia Skills courses on offer and be able to confidently provide accurate information to potential students. They will also undertake general administration tasks as required.”
