We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Driver to join our team in Port Vila. This role plays an important part in ensuring our customers receive a professional and positive experience throughout their rental journey, from vehicle collection through to return.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Driver, you will assist with vehicle deliveries and collections, airport services, customer handovers, vehicle preparation and general operational support. You will represent World Car Rentals Vanuatu by delivering friendly, professional customer service while ensuring vehicles are clean, safe and ready for hire.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect rental vehicles safely and professionally.
• Assist customers during vehicle handovers and returns.
• Support airport pickups and drop-offs as required.
• Clean, prepare and present vehicles to company standards.
• Complete basic operational documentation accurately.
• Report vehicle damage, maintenance concerns and operational issues promptly.
• Support customer service staff with bookings, deliveries and customer enquiries as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of vehicles, yard, wash bay and work areas.
• Follow company procedures and workplace health and safety requirements.
• Work cooperatively with colleagues to achieve daily operational objectives.

About You

You are reliable, professional and customer-focused, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. You enjoy working as part of a team and take pride in delivering excellent service.

Essential Requirements

• Current driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
• Safe and responsible driving skills.
• Good knowledge of Port Vila, Efate, airport routes and local hotels.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow procedures and work effectively within a team.
• Basic computer and mobile device skills.
• Fluent in English and Bislama.
• Punctual, reliable and well presented.
• Eligible to live and work in Vanuatu.

Desirable

• Written and spoken French and/or Mandarin.
• Experience in customer service, tourism, transport, hospitality or vehicle rental operations.
• Experience cleaning, detailing or preparing vehicles.

Working Hours

This is a full-time position on a rotating roster (five-and-a-half-day week) and includes some evenings, weekends and public holidays.
