Your next adventure - what you'll be doing

Our customers are our compass - and if you've worked in customer facing role, you already know how to handle high-volume interactions and deliver consistent service. At Tower, we're looking for someone who brings that same energy and passion to support our customers and deliver exceptional service.

In this role, you'll:

  • Deliver exceptional service across voice, chat, and email channels
  • Resolve queries with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism
  • Identify opportunities to offer tailored insurance solutions
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance
  • Collaborate with your team in a performance-driven contact centre culture

 

What you'll need

  • Experience in a customer facing environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Tech-savviness and attention to detail
  • Problem-solving and time management abilities
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude
  • Familiarity with the insurance sector could be beneficial
  • Ability to work alongside AI systems to enhance customer experience and streamline service delivery
  • Digital literacy and continuous learning mindset to stay current with evolving AI trends and tool

 

Recruitment Process

We progress boldly - and our recruitment process reflects our commitment to fairness and transparency. Here's what to expect:

  • March: Application review and online interviews
  • Tuesday, 31 March 2026: Assessment Centre (full-day event in Suva)
  • Bring a written reference from a previous manager on company letterhead to the assessment centre
  • Post-assessment: Shortlisted candidates will provide a reference from their current manager
  • Thursday, 16 April 2026: Pre-boarding session at our Suva office for preferred candidates

 

Please note, to be considered for this role you must be available to start on Monday 20 April 2026 and have no planned leave within the first 6 weeks of training
