Credit Analyst - Graduate
Trainee

OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE
• Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and our customers to ensure smooth credit application process.
• Gathers and analyzes loan applicants' information for processing.
• Prepare and present Statement of Credit Assistance for brokers in Australia.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols.
• Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives.

RESPONSIBILITY
• Lead, motivate, and support the team within a time- sensitive and demanding environment, processing of loan applications.
including
• Process loan application including but not limited to income analysis, expenses analysis and product analysis with discussions with Australian brokers.
• Ensure compliance and meeting Australian Laws such as Privacy Act, NCCP Act Best
Complete product pricing requests on behalf of brokers with effective communication with Australian Banks (80+ banks in Australia)
• Follow up with Australian Banks to ensure smooth settlements of loan applications.
• Flexibility to adapt and conduct ad-hoc assigned tasks.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Recent Graduate with a Bachelor's degree in finance, banking or economics (preferred) or any related field, with 0-5 years of work experience.
• Aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent typing speed above 40 wpm with 95% accuracy is a plus.
• Knowledge/related experience in credit products/loan procedures, banking and finance is a plus.
• Leadership with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, including the ability to form and maintain client and business relationships.
• Quantitative skills, strong time management, analytical, critical thinking & multitasking skills.
• Strong attention to details.
