Job Description

We need a Business and Corporate Services Advisor to assist local clients with their requirements for doing business, investing and living in Vanuatu and offshore clients, where Vanuatu is part of their structure.

You will be highly organised, efficient and competent, with strong communication and relationship management skills to service and grow a client portfolio.

We recognise that the right skills can be highly transferrable to this position and the required knowledge learned on the job.

• Strong communication (written and verbal), relationship building, and comprehension skills, to work with varied clients, authorities and others.
• Excellent organization and administration skills, with the ability to handle multiple demands and attentive to detail to ensure things do not slip through the cracks.
• A can-do attitude, fast learner, extremely reliable, resourceful, computer literate and able to prioritise to never miss a deadline.
• Good understanding and ability to interpret law and regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office suite of programs, especially WORD and Outlook.
• A relevant foreign language would be an advantage.
• Experience in a professional role.
• A relevant tertiary qualification or experience.
