Position Overview:

We are seeking for a dedicated and responsible Class 4 Engineer to join our team on Kokomo Island. The ideal candidate will have a passion for game fishing aboard a motor luxury game fishing yacht and to experience the tourism industry. If you are hardworking, honest, and eager to learn, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Operate and navigate vessels safely in accordance with maritime regulations.
• Lead and assist guests during game fishing excursions, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience.
• Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Maintain the vessel and equipment to the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with the activities team to enhance guest experiences and promote island activities.

• Machinery Operation*: Overseeing the operation of main engines, auxiliary engines, boilers, and other machinery systems.
• Maintenance and Repair*: Conducting routine maintenance and emergency repairs on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
