Chef de Partie
- 8-9 years experience of Chef de Partie at an upscale/5 star style Hotel.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes
- Maintain excellent standards of hygiene and food safety
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Contribute to menu development and ensure consistency in food quality
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a resort or fine dining environment
- Strong culinary and organizational skills
- Team player with a positive attitude and commitment to excellence
- Flexibility to work in a remote island environment
Commis Chef
- Must have excellent skills in a la carte and presentation of exceptional cuisine
- 2-5 years experience of Commis Chef at an upscale/5 star style Hotel.
- Certification of Culinary training or apprenticeship
- Maintain the organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
- Food handling certificate.
- Fluency in English both verbal and written.
- Provide legible communication.
- Comprehend and follow recipes.
- Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
- Understand guest's service needs.
- Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
- Work with minimal supervision.
