We are seeking to hire a highly motivated individual in the role of Temp Call Centre Agent based at our Nabua Office, reporting to the Products Executive.
Core Responsibilities:
- Conducting calls for information collection.
- Confirming accuracy and completeness of the information provided by customers
- Handling all customer information with the utmost confidentiality and adhere to privacy policies and regulations to protect sensitive data.
- Entering and updating information in the company's database.
- Maintaining detailed records of all interactions with customers, including the information collected, any issues encountered, and the resolutions provided.
- Reporting any system or procedural issues that may impact the information collection and verification process to supervisors or relevant departments.
- Offering feedback on the information collection and verification processes to help improve systems and procedures.
Academic qualifications, Experience & Skill a required for this role:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role.
- Computer literacy is essential.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Telecommunication experience.
